If you are expecting a physical item, please contact us — there may have been a misunderstanding about the product description.
Once your product is delivered, you will receive a confirmation email. For custom projects, delivery is confirmed when the final files or access credentials are transferred and acknowledged by the client.
If you have not received your digital product within the stated timeframe:
We will resend or re-deliver your product at no additional cost if the issue is on our end.
If you lose access to a purchased digital product (e.g., expired download link), contact us with proof of purchase and we will provide a new download link at no charge. We retain purchase records for up to 3 years.
For custom web development, automation, and enterprise services, delivery is milestone-based. Before work begins, we provide a written project scope outlining deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria. Final delivery is confirmed in writing by both parties.
